- I got introduced to OSM exactly on my 40th birthday, a turning point in many people’s lives. I believe there is no such thing as а coincidence. Paolo Ruggeri and Ivan Zorzetto are extraordinary mentors, business partners and friends.
- During the first years of working with OSM I was responsible for the development of the social media channels and the content that was published on social media and on the website.
- In the period July 2022 – June 2024 I was acting in the role of Operational Manager for the country, focused on building the internal structure and procedures and training the Champions that took over the operations.
- Since October 2021 I hold the space of a licensed franchise partner with the OSM International Group, and my goal is first of all to understand the person and the idea behind their business, and then, step by step, to jointly walk the path to optimisation.

- Born in Bulgaria, at heart – in perpetual flight, feeling at home everywhere.
- I built my conscious life in the United Kingdom, now a second homeland, where I explored the field of psychology and HR management.
- In the early 2023 I stumbled upon a thread to OSM, and quickly after that this thread pulled me back to Bulgaria (with a meaningful connection to Italy) in April. A sense of familiarity emerged upon encountering the OSM philosophy, and it turned to be enough to keep me here.
- My first year with OSM and Viola Mind was emotional and different, new activities, new ideas, new challenges and new horizons were constantly uncovered before me, and a new me along with them.
- Since June 2024, I have been acting in the role of Internal Manager at Viola Mind and I hold the operational responsibility for Mind Business School in Bulgaria, the direction with each client is always with one ultimate goal and moves in a chain – improving oneself: growing one’s people and reaching heights in the business: changing the society and the world for the better.
